FLX Pride Festival Schedule of Events

4:45-6pm: Live Music featuring Ithaca’s Gay Men’s Choir (Stage)

5:30-6:30pm: Drag Performers Meet & Greet (Photo Booth)

6pm: Raffles & Silent Auction Winners Drawn (Center Booth)

7-9pm: FLX Pride Drag Show: Songs of Empowerment (Stage)

-DJ Announcements & Music by DJ X-Caliber

**Friendly dogs are allowed within the festival. If your animal is anxious around large crowds, new people, or young children, please leave them at home for their safety & ours.

**HWS Fireworks happening ~9 pm

**The City of Geneva has a strict NO smoking, chewing tobacco, or e-cigarettes/vaping here in Lakefront park! Please do not use these within or near our festival grounds. We appreciate it!

**No outside alcohol is allowed to be brought into the festival grounds per our NY State Liquor License!

**If you are 21 & over and wish to purchase alcohol within the festival (Beer Trailer, 3 Brothers, Twisted Rail, Climbing Bines), please make sure you are ID’d at the Welcome Tents (entrances). No alcohol is allowed to leave the festival fence per our NY State Liquor License!

-FLX Pride Merchandise for Sale (Center Booth, $): Tank Tops, Buttons, Stickers, etc.

-Raffles & Silent Auction ($): Winners drawn at 6 pm & announced on stage at 6:15 pm! (Cash & Credit accepted, pick up @ Center Booth no later than 7 pm)

Volunteers! Volunteers! Volunteers!

It's time!! We need volunteers for 2019 FLX Pride Festival on Saturday June 8th in Geneva, NY! We also need help before & after the festival to help set up & tear down! The more hands, the better!! All ages & identities are welcome to help out! All volunteer shifts must be filled no later than noon on Wednesday May 15th in order to print volunteer shirts!

Once you sign up for one or more shifts, you will be emailed for your preferred t-shirt size (free neon orange volunteer shirt, same as last year if you have one).

Additionally, you will receive information about the mandatory Volunteer Meetings on Wednesday June 5th from 5-6 pm or 6-7 pm (if you are from out of town, informational phone call meetings can be set up with our volunteer coordinator the week before). Volunteer Meetings will be located at Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes, 671 S. Exchange Street, Geneva, NY 14456.

The FLX Pride Festival takes place on Pride Weekend and will be filled with entertainment and activities; focusing on the diversity of the Finger Lakes area and celebrating our LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and/or Questioning) community! Funds raised during the festival will go to support The Center's mission of providing a safe space for individuals and families, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression; and to promote a more inclusive community.
