From Waterloo: 5 & 20 to the third entrance (after the traffic lights) into downtown Geneva; (where the 5 Star drive-thru bank is located).

From Canandaigua: 5 & 20 East. After rounding the curve, take the first left into Geneva, where the Dept of Labor and Five Star Bank are located (Elizabeth Blackwell Street). Drive over the railroad tracks; turn left into the next parking lot. Family Counseling is the second building.

From downtown Geneva: Exchange Street to the stop sign at the corner of South Exchange and Elizabeth Blackwell Streets (one block south of the corner where 5 Star and Community Banks are). Turn left onto Elizabeth Blackwell St., drive a short way, and turn right into the parking lot just before the railroad tracks.

From Penn Yan – Route 14: see above directions into downtown Geneva. From Rte 14A - 5 & 20: East on 5 & 20 toward the lake. After rounding the curve, take the first left into Geneva, where the Dept of Labor and Five Star Bank are located (Elizabeth Blackwell Street). Drive over the railroad tracks; turn left into the next parking lot. Family Counseling is the second building.

There are 2 one-story brick buildings. We are the building on the left. Our sign is on the side of the building.
